Dalat Papaya Salad

When I first visited Dalat I was introduced by friend about this dish, I'm also somewhat curious, but I enjoy this dish, and find it delicious.

Actually, this dish is quite easy to prepare. It consists of dried beef, salad,papaya, peanuts, water cress, herbs. But in Dalat preparing this dish is very different creating a very unique taste.
