Dalat - Egg Rice Paper

On a rainy day in Dalat and sitting close together inhaling fragrant food smell spiraling up from restaurant and road side stalls especially eating chili pepperrice paper mix with egg white is specially delicious and then suddenly it made us no longer see any more cold, but very warm.

So where is this rice paper stall ?

I usually eat it at the 3 thang 2 Street in the heart of Hoa Binh, near the Lien Hoa bakery shop. The roadside rice paper stall is delicious and manage by a lady from Hue.

After walking around and getting tired all I want to do is sit at the rice paper stall to enjoy the food. It open from 5pm to 11pm.
